Radon Mitigaiton

A radon reduction system is designed and installed in your home to effectively reduce the radon to a safe level below the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L. Our systems are guaranteed and have a 5 year warranty.

Radon System Evaluation

A radon system inspection is an evaluation of your radon mitigation system to ensure it's functioning properly. We inspect the radon fan and vent pipes and system pressure gauge and other components.

Radon Fan Replacement

Replace a failed or failing (loud) radon fan. Or upgrade to a more powerful or more efficient, quieter radon fan. Average radon fan life is 11.5 yrs. We replace radon all radon fans, whether it is a system we installed or not.

Certified Radon Test

We perform New York State certified radon tests, using an independent radon testing laboratory to anylize the test results

Radon System Repair

Repair broken or failing radon mitigation systems. Most radon systems in central New York were installed by companies that are no longer in business. We service and repair those orphan systems.
